Vision
Top Klasse D.F.C. believes it is important that all youth players, regardless of whether they play football (Soccer) competitively or recreationally, enjoy playing football at Top Klasse D.F.C. and that every child can develop at the level that suits him/her. Top Klasse D.F.C. offers the preconditions for all youth members to play football in a safe environment where the code of conduct is respected. Top Klasse D.F.C. is therefore a training association with the aim of training to the highest level.
At Top Klasse D.F.C., we work with good trainers, good guidance and a solid organization to create an optimal sports learning environment, so that players can properly develop their talents. Everyone at their own level and fun always comes first.
Ambition: Performance division
Developing and training youth players is central within the training division. The players within the training division must be trained to the highest level for the performance division.
The aim is to deliver every year 2 players to our first team of the performance division (UPSL). The development and training of players should ultimately ensure that the level of the various teams represented in the Training Division increases and thus the level of the competitions in which the teams compete.
